As a parent, it is incredibly hard to juggle working from home, looking after children and just the constant fight you have with computer equipment at home.

I have spent over 20 years on a trading floor and understand the stresses and pressures that work in itself puts on you. So to have yet more stress because things just don't work properly is something I want to take away from people.
